Feeling nostalgic..
I discovered film photography about 6 years ago now. I'll admit, some days it still feels like I'm learning something new. It's a huge world out there and I love discovering it everyday. Since becoming a mum I've tried to remember to put down my smart phone and start to take photos with my cheap little point and shoot film camera... Why? Because I can be more present - I'm no longer hiding behind my camera trying to get the 'perfect' shot.
Film photography on wedding days can be daunting.. sure, I might miss focus here and there but I think these photos are more authentic than the 300 photos I can take every minute with a digital camera. I want to capture the moment not force the moment.
